PAMELA AUSTIN

Pamela Austin is the Brand Ambassador of Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE). She is responsible for developing BSRE’s placemaking, amenities programming, and special events to differentiate the BSRE brand. Pamela has a keen design eye that transforms and elevates Burns Scalo’s spaces. Pamela started her professional life as a biologist, working in African and Bhutan, before real estate grabbed her interest through rehabbing homes for her own use. While working in Chicago in real estate development, Pamela sought to become more formally educated on interior design so took classes at Harrington College of Design. Projects led by Ms. Austin can be distinguished by bold color palettes and extensive art programming. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and hosting friends, hiking, and traveling.
